Kopi Luwak is one of the finest coffees in the world. This 100% arabica consists of the best, most ripe beans eaten by the Asian Palm Civet (this feline is also called the Luwak). The Kopi Luwak has a taste profile where sweet, 'floral' and the absence of bitterness predominate, combined with a great balance between body and acidity. In short, a very rare coffee for the true enthusiast.
